To all our Valued Customers,
We have now completed our 14th week of full-time work from home (WFH) for our Claim Decision Readiness (CDR) team and our Development Team. As previously shared, all connectivity, functionality, and capabilities for our WFH associates are working efficiently and effectively and, on many levels, even better than expected. As a result, we have continued to deliver all services, without delay or disruption, to all clients. We are very pleased with these results and are thankful for the commitment and dedication we have received from all of our impacted associates.
Given the success we have enjoyed in our WFH environment, we communicated to all employees recently that we intend to remain in a WFH situation through the end of July. Despite the easing of restrictions in New Jersey by Governor Murphy and the ability to return to the office for many employers, we feel a more measured and cautious approach to a return to the office is in the best interest of the health and safety of our employees and the ability to continue to service our clients at the levels they, and we, expect.
We will provide further updates as we approach the end of July on our plans to have our employees return to the office. Our decision on the timing to return to the office will be driven by health and safety information and the trends related to the spread of the virus in the State of New Jersey at that time.
In the meantime, we wish all of you all the best as you continue your efforts to deliver services to your clients and make decisions to return to the office in your local communities.
Best regards & please continue to be safe!
Thank you,
Thomas Capato
