FastTrack Customers,
We wanted to reach out today and assure you that we are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and are working to ensure we meet the needs of our Customers as well as provide for the health and safety of our Team Members.
We realize this health situation has already been disruptive to many businesses across the globe and wanted to share facts about what we’re doing to support both our Customers and Team Members.
To ensure our Customers are supported we have taken specific steps as part of our business continuity plan. These steps include:
- Moving Team Members to work from home in a thoughtful composed manner effective Monday, March 16th, 2020. This ensures you will continue to receive excellent stability and support.
- FastTrack continues to operate at full capacity, including both Claims Readiness Services & Development support activities. All Team Members from Development are able to work remotely, and the Claims Readiness group is being set up in a “Clean Room” environment at corporate headquarters, with plans to have them working remotely by the week of March 30th if ne As a result of these measures, we do not expect any meaningful impact to our operations should more stringent “social distancing” become recommended.
As the situation evolves, know we will be investing in our capabilities, equipment and support and reacting in real-time to make sure we are here supporting our Customers and their Policyholders through this situation.
