Meet Teresa – A wonderful leader on our Client Services Team! Teresa is responsible for fostering relationships and ensuring quality of service with our key carrier-partners on a daily basis. She’s a strong advocate of family and loves to spend as much time as she can with her kids and grandkids. Get to know all about Teresa in her employee spotlight below! 😊
What is your current position with FastTrack?
I’m currently the Vice Present of Client Services. I’ve had this role since July of 2021.
What is your typical workweek like?
I have the pleasure of working with our customers as well as our internal team delivering on our products and services. 🙌
Do you work with any specific customers?
Yes, I do! I work primarily with The Standard Insurance Company.
Tell us about your career path within FastTrack…
I started with FastTrack in the Sales Team as a Life & Disability Practice Manager. I moved to my current role after being with FastTrack for 9 months.
How has FastTrack helped your personal and professional development?
I’ve learned a lot about Software as a Service (SaaS) product delivery through the Agile development process. It’s also been very interesting to work with new people in various roles.
What is something you love about working for FastTrack?
I love the great culture we have. The team really takes pride in ownership and works together to deliver in an entrepreneurial fashion.
Do you have any accomplishments within the organization you’re particularly proud of?
Operationalizing tracking and reporting for several key performance indicators.
Do you have any pets?
We have two “granddogs” that will not leave me alone until I give them a treat! That might be my fault. 🤣 🤣
Do you have any hobbies or special interests?
My husband and I love all things real estate 🏡. We also love to travel (to warm places, primarily). But most of all, we love spending time with our kids and grandkids. 🥰
What type of activities are you most likely to be up to on the weekends?
Go to breakfast or brunch! Walk anywhere—parks, quaint towns. Swim in the summer. Hang out with the grandkids. In the winter, we like to travel or find museums or new towns to explore.
What is your favorite vacation destination?
Anywhere by the ocean with a beach in warm temps! 🤩 🌅
What’s the first thing you would do if you won the lottery?
Celebrate!
What is your favorite 21st century innovation?
Touchscreen glass. 📱
What’s something you loved doing as a kid? Do you still do it now?
Organize things. I used to organize my girlfriends’ closets. I still do these things today!
Do you have any unique or hidden talents?
I can play piano—kind of, at least. 🎼 🎹
What are some of your most overused words/phrases?
“Hey, there!” I always say this. Also, “Little by little.”
