Client Administrative Services (CAS) Admin
Meet Taylor – a new face on our CAS team! Hired in April 2022, Taylor is responsible for handling the day-to-day claim processing operations for some of our largest carrier-partners. She is a mom to two super cute french bulldogs, Kevin & Lexie, and regularly finds herself crocheting fun stuffed animals and baby onesies.
What is your current position with FastTrack?
I am currently a Client Administration Services (CAS) Admin and have been here since April 2022. 😊
What is your typical workweek like?
I work from home alongside my two dogs (who like to make appearances on team huddles 🤣). I have worked with The Standard, Protective, Protective DI, Modern Woodmen, and Amalgamated since starting in April and am currently processing for Protective, Protective DI, and Modern Woodmen full time.
How has FastTrack helped your personal and professional development?
FastTrack has showed me that I have the potential to achieve more than I thought I could! Plus that working with different companies can be super interesting and challenging, but rewarding at the same time. 🙌
What is something you love about working for FastTrack?
I love the community that has been built between the CAS admins. Even though I work from home full time and don’t really see them in person too often, it still feels like a tight knit group of people who can really lean and rely on one another. There are days where the volume of work can be overwhelming, and all you have to do is reach out and someone will be right there to help you through all of it. 💪
Do you have any accomplishments within the organization you’re particularly proud of?
I am particularly proud of how many carriers I have learned since starting not even a year ago. I started learning my second carrier when I was just three months into my job, and have only leaned more since then.
What is your favorite book, movie, or show?
My favorite book series is House of Night, my favorite movies are Mamma Mia 1 & 2, my favorite show is The Office (so much so that I named my dog after the accountant Kevin Malone), my favorite video game is Animal Crossing, and my favorite podcast is Quitters.
Do you have any pets?
I have two french bulldogs named Kevin & Lexie. 🐶
Do you have any hobbies or special interests?
I love to crochet, I make a lot of stuffed animals and baby onesies. I also am a clog dancer (and no, not the wooden shoes) 🧵 🪡 💃
What type of activities are you most likely to be up to on the weekends?
I am most likely to be spending time with my family and my dogs. ❤️
What is your favorite vacation destination?
My favorite vacation destination is Nashville, TN. However my dream vacation is to be able to go see the Grand Canyon!
What person would you most like to switch places with for a day?
I would like to switch places with Meryl Streep. I just want to know what it’s like to be that cool.
What’s the first thing you would do if you won the lottery?
I would buy a house!
What is your favorite 21st century innovation?
My favorite innovation would have to be VR. It’s so cool to just be able to put on a headset and be anywhere in the world you would like to be.
What’s something you loved doing as a kid? Do you still do it now?
I loved just being around people, whether that be with my friends or family. I still love it now; quality time is the best time.
Who is one of your personal heroes?
My parents are both my personal heroes ❤️. They adopted my sister and I when we were babies and gave us the life we never would have had if we had stayed where we were.
Have you ever had an encounter with anyone famous?
I got to meet Rascal Flatts at a concert when I was in high school! My mom won tickets on the radio for the concert. We knew we were going to get to see a private acoustic concert from them before the actual show, but—while we were waiting in line to see it—someone picked us out of line and told us that we were going to get to meet the whole band. They all smelled like vanilla.
What is your motto for life?
The grass is green where you water it. 🪴

“Okie dokie!”

What’s a surprising fact about yourself?
I have watched The Office completely through 19 times. 🤯 😝
If there was a movie about your life made, who would you wan the narrator to be?
Meryl Streep.

My cousins call me TeeTee.
