Michael Fradkin
President
Meet Michael – our President! 💪 Mr. Fradkin brought his seasoned insurance subject-matter expertise to FastTrack back in the spring of 2022. Since his inauguration with the company, Michael has been a positive influence amongst our team members, aspiring our organization to shoot for the stars 💫 in order to serve our current and future client-partners in the best way possible. He’s a married father of two beautiful kids and owner of one cool puppy dog. Michael also still has a sweet spot for some “antiquated” tech – which we find totally ironic considering who he works for (LOL 🤣). Read on to get to know more about our fearless leader, Mr. Fradkin!
What is your current position with FastTrack?
I am the company President, which I have been for 19 months.
How has FastTrack helped your personal and professional development?
Helping run a small company is very different that running a business within a large company. This environment enables—and requires—me to be much closer to every aspect of the business, organization, and our customers.
What is something you love about working for FastTrack?
The culture and environment are both fantastic at FastTrack. We really do work as ONE TEAM and are incredibly supportive of each other. It is exciting and energizing as it is easy for all employees to see how their contributions directly help our customers.
Do you have any pets?
We have one dog 🐶; he is a Havanese. Havanese are of Cuban descent so our kids decided to name him Hulio.
Do you have any hobbies or special interests?
Beach, traveling, and outdoor activities with friends and family. Exercising, leisure reading, and watching sports. 👍
What type of activities are you most likely to be up to on the weekends?
Dinner dates with my wife ❤️ and then meet up with friends to listen to local bands 🎸! During the summer, we have frequent house guests as we live at the Jersey Shore.
What is your favorite vacation destination?
I loved Hawaii and would like to visit Greece. We also go to Aruba every year; only missed one year in last fifteen (due to COVID 😩).
What’s your favorite 21st century innovation?
Well I’d have to go with the smart phone! Even though I really loved my flip phone that I kept five years too long. 🤣 😂 🤣 😂
What’s a surprising fact about yourself?
I have a twin sister and am truly terrified of all animals, including dogs 😱. Took the family years for me to finally cave and let them get a 4lb Havanese, and—while I love Hulio—I still have an irrational fear of other dogs/animals. Hulio is close to 20 pounds now that I share my food with him!
