Meet Matt – a four-year veteran of our Analytics & Sales Engineering department. Matt supports our carrier-clients with key data and metric reporting to help them exceed their operational goals through the utilization of FastTrack’s Solutions & Services. An avid golfer, Matt hopes to travel to Scotland and Ireland one day to play some of the area’s most renowned golf courses. Get to know all about Matt in his employee spotlight below!

What is your current position with FastTrack?

I’m currently the Operational Metrics & Reporting Analyst, which I have been for the past four years! 💪

What is your typical workweek like?

I help support our customers with data breakdowns and presentations to help them manage their business more efficiently. 📊 📈

Do you work with any specific customers?

I work with all of our clients, mostly by providing data results to them along with helping to build out Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for each of them.

Tell us about your career path within FastTrack…

I started at FastTrack in the fall of 2018 after I graduated from Thomas College. I started in the Data Analytics department and I’m still involved with data analytics daily.

How has FastTrack helped your personal and professional development?

FastTrack has helped me grow professionally by helping me learn more about our own solutions and services as well as teaching me about the insurance vertical that we’re in as a whole. I get to work closely with coworkers who have many years of experience in this industry/profession and are always willing to let me ask questions to learn more.

What is something you love about working for FastTrack?

I enjoy the family-like atmosphere that FastTrack provides. Everyone works hard and helps each other deliver the best experience for our customers. 🤜 🤛

What is your favorite book, movie, or show?

My favorite movie would be the hockey movie Miracle. I’m a big sports fan and that was one of the biggest events in sports history as well as United States sports history. 🥇

Do you have any hobbies or special interests?

Playing golf, going to sporting events, going to concerts, and spending time with friends & family.

What is your favorite vacation destination? What’s one you haven’t visited yet but would like to in the future?

My favorite vacation destination so far has been Florida, but one day I would love to travel to Europe! Top of my list would be to visit Italy first and then Scotland and Ireland to play golf. 🏌️

What person would you most like to switch places with for a day?

Tiger Woods! I just want to see what it’s like to live his life and be that good at golf. 🤩

What’s the first thing you would do if you won the lottery?

Split it with my family first and then donate some to charity.

What’s something you loved doing as a kid? Do you still do it now?

As a kid I really enjoyed being active and being outdoors. I still try to do a lot of activities outside as an adult like golf, going to the lake, skiing, etc.
