Director of Claims Administrative Services (CAS)
Meet Danielle – a very important leader on FastTrack’s Claims Administrative Services (CAS) team. Originally hired as an Office Administrator, Danielle’s strong performance and great leadership qualities resulted in a well-deserved promotion to Director of CAS 🙌. When not working, she cherishes her time outdoors and hopes to visit more US National Parks one day. 🏔 🏜
What is your current position with FastTrack? How long have you been in it?
I’m currently the Director of Claims Administrative Services (CAS). I’ve been in this position for seven months.
What is your typical workweek like?
I manage and oversee our team of CAS admins. That includes monitoring work production, inbound/outbound mail processes, and handling personnel issues. All with the goal of maintaining quality of service for our customers! 💪
Describe your career path at FastTrack?
This is my third position with FastTrack. I was originally hired as Office Administrator, which I was for about a year. I was promoted to Manager of CAS—which I was for about 2 years—before being placed in my current role as Director of CAS.
How has FastTrack helped your personal and professional development?
Being in a managerial position at FastTrack has had a positive influence on me both personally and professionally. I’ve learned so much about the insurance industry, about technology, and am challenged every day. I continue to learn about myself and am grateful to FastTrack for giving me the opportunity to work at a company that is so supportive and encouraging.
What is something you love about working at FastTrack?
The people. Everyone works together and is willing to help you. I know it sounds like a cliché, but it feels like family. ❤️
Do you have any pets? If so, what kind of animal(s) and what is/their name(s)?
A dog! His name is Oscar and he’s a shorkie. He’s almost 10 years old but still acts like a puppy. 😂
Do you have any hobbies or special interests?
Traveling, going to the beach, and going out to eat are a few of my favorite things to do.
What type of activities are you most likely to be up to on the weekends?
Spending time with friends and family and being outdoors.
What is your favorite vacation destination? What’s one you haven’t visited yet but would like to in the future?
Anywhere warm and tropical 🏝 ! Although I hope to do more traveling within the US, especially to visit some National Parks. I’ve already been to Badlands National Park, but Glacier and Zion are next on my list! 🗺
Do you have any unique or hidden talents?
I make the best key lime pie! One of my favorite summer desserts.
