Meet Bella – a quickly-rising star on our Claims Administrative Services Team 💫! Bella is responsible for working alongside our automation technology to assist bringing claims in good order for some of our key carrier-clients. When she’s away from her desk, she’s an avid listener to music 🎶 and podcasts 🎧. Bella also enjoys playing video games 🎮 and learning new skills. 📈

What is your current position with FastTrack?
My current position at FastTrack is a Claim Administration Services (CAS) admin, for almost a year now (as of March 2o25).
What is your typical workday like?
I process mail batches and faxes from multiple carriers everyday. Recently, I have been given the opportunity to shadow one of our Implementation Project Managers and her team during project meetings.
Do you work with any specific customers?
I do not directly communicate with our customers, but I work on multiple carriers including Ameritas, Protective, and Primerica Canada.
Tell us about your career path with FastTrack. Have you held any other position(s) within the company?
I have held my position as a CAS admin so far. I am interested in branching out and working my way up – potentially in the project department. 🙌
How has working at FastTrack helped your personal and professional development?
In my personal life, I have been able to have a great work-life balance due to FastTrack.
In regard to professional development, I have and continue to learn different skills. FastTrack’s supervisors are great at listening to their employees’ career interests, and supporting us in achieving those positions within the Company.
What is something you love about working for FastTrack?
I love the remote aspect of FastTrack and the team that surrounds me.
I would describe this experience as a blessing, as I have a great work-life balance and have time to dedicate to university. Everyone is helpful, hard-working, and kind. 🤗
Do you have any accomplishments within the organization you’re particularly proud of?
I am proud to have been entrusted with the carriers I work on now, and have been given the opportunity to shadow one of our Project Managers. 🙌
What is your favorite media or series?
My favorite book genre is psychological thriller, because I love mystery and suspense. 😱
My favorite movies are Tangled and Mulan (Inspiring), Little Women (Relatable), and Interstellar (Wondrous). My favorite shows are Avatar: The Last Airbender and Gilmore Girls. My favorite podcast is Stephanie Soo’s Rotten Mango (true crime).
Also, my favorite anime is Attack on Titan, because it is a masterpiece.
Do you have any pets?
Yes, I have three beautiful shorthair cats, which include two boys and one girl. Their names are Squib, Miso, and Chowder. I love them…so much. 🐈 
Do you have any hobbies or special interests?
My hobbies include listening to music/podcasts, watching films, reading novels, playing video games, and working out.
I am interested in crime, fitness, skincare, and travel. I like to watch football 🏈 and hockey 🏒. Also, I enjoy learning/enhancing skills such as IT, management, and languages.
What type of activities are you most likely to be up to on the weekends?
I spend time with my lovely fiancé either exploring the city or staying home to cook delicious Asian meals.
What is your favorite vacation destination?
My favorite vacation destination has to be where I was proposed to, which is the Portland, Maine Lighthouse. ❤️
I want to visit Japan, The Netherlands, and Bali, Indonesia.
What person would you most like to switch places with for a day?
I would like to switch places with my fiancé to understand how his train of thought works! 😆 Which would be entertaining. On a more serious note, I would not switch with anyone as I enjoy my life. The good, bad, beautiful, and ugly made me who I am today – so I would not trade this experience for the world!
What’s the first thing you would do if you won the lottery?
It would depend on how much it is 😉. If it was more than I could possibly imagine, then I would use it to revitalize parts of Pittsburgh, maybe open an orphanage dormitory, and an Asian convenience store/café.
Otherwise, I would pay off my car, buy a house with land, and invest. 🤑
What is your favorite 21st century innovation?
I do not have a favorite, as I enjoy most things that help society develop.
What’s something you loved doing as a kid? Do you still do it now?
I loved to draw as a kid and won 4th place in a drawing competition in Pennsylvania that included other school districts. Unfortunately, I do not sketch anymore.
Do you have any unique or hidden talents?
Yes, I can bend or fold my left thumb far behind my hand. I find it silly and bizarre. 🤣
Who is one of your personal heroes?
My mothers are my personal heroes 💗. My birth mom showed me what not to become. My deceased stepmother was inspirational, hard-working, selfless, and brave. My future mother-in-law took me in, treated me like her own daughter, and helped me achieve the life that I live now. I am grateful for all of them, as they all had a part in shaping me in the woman I am today.
Have you ever had an encounter with anyone famous?
I have not had a personal encounter with anyone famous. However, if one day I do, then I hope I can meet Powfu and Stephanie Soo.
What is your motto for life?
My motto for life has always been this quote I live by, “She Turned her can’t’s into can’s and her dreams into plans”.
I went through a lot in life, as does everyone else, before I got to where I am today. For anyone reading this, I would like you to know that nothing is impossible, no matter the cards you were dealt with from the start. 💪 💪
What are your top three most overused words/phrases?
My overused phrases/words outside of work would probably be “omg”, “damn”, and “bruh”.
What’s a surprising fact about yourself?
I can pick up languages easily. Besides my native language being English, I am also fluent in Indonesian.
If there is a movie about your life made, who would you want the narrator to be?
My younger sister, Yasmin, would be my narrator.
Do you have any nicknames?
As a kid, my family nickname was Dede and Toothless. My fiancé’s family do call me Belra or Miss Bella on occasion.
Is there anything not mentioned above that you would like folks to know about you?
My favorite person in life is my younger sister, Yasmin. She is my biggest motivator in life and my best friend. I believe sibling relationships are a God given blessing and I will forever be grateful for her. ❤️
