ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES SPECIALIST

Meet Ashley – one of FastTrack’s longest-standing members of the Client Administrative Services (CAS) Team. She uses her wealth of experience working with different Carriers to consistently deliver fast and—more importantly—highly accurate results.

 


Do you work with any specific clients?

Yes. Guardian, Protective Life, Protective DI, and Dearborn. I have worked with–either as a backup or in as a past primary–with Modern Woodmen, Amalgamated, Principal Financial Group, The Standard, Primerica Life Insurance, Genworth, and Nassau Re.

Do you have any accomplishments within the organization you’re particularly proud of?

Yes! Always maintaining no lower than a 99.5% QA score every month. Having achieved 100% QA scores multiple months and being able to help others achieve their goals by helping and answering their questions.

What are your hobbies?

I love spending time with my family and fiancé, being outside by the pool, or relaxing on the beach. I also like playing basketball with friends on a co-ed team.

What’s the first thing you would do if you won the lottery?

I would donate to Children’s Hospitals; buy a new house or car for myself and my family members.

What is your favorite vacation destination?

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is my favorite. Someday I would love to go to Aruba, Jamaica, or Niagara Falls in Canada!
