Senior Client Administrative Services (CAS) Specialist
Meet Antwion – a fantastic senior admin and rising leader in our CAS department here at FastTrack! Antwion joined our team as a temp back in 2020. He quickly made a name for himself as a “super processor” who powered through stacks of claims of multiple carrier-clients with ease (assisted by our class-leading intelligent technology, naturally 🦾). When Antwion isn’t behind a computer, he’s spending his time with his wonderful family and his two cool pups. Fun fact: Antwion was a finalist on two hit TV game shows! 🤯

What is your current position with FastTrack?
My current position is Senior Claims Administrative Services (CAS) Specialist.
What is your typical workday like?
My day usually starts around 7 am, I read any outstanding emails and make sure everything is perfect with my claims from the previous day. Then I prep the claims for my team so when they start their day they are ready to go. I also handle any and all concerns that the admin may have through the day as well as process claims myself.
Tell us about your career path within FastTrack. Have you held any other position(s)?
I started at FastTrack in August of 2020 during COVID as temporary employee. I received impeccable training on FastTrack’s biggest client and noticed my knack and love for processing management. Then quickly added another carrier and another.
How has FastTrack helped your personal and professional development?
I always felt like a leader, and I was given that chance to prove it here. I’ve learned humility, patience and how to accept failure and success through trial and error that I use in my everyday life.
What is something you love about working for FastTrack?
My supervisor. She has shown me and every other admin a level of respect, understanding, and care that I’ve never felt in any other position. I enjoy coming to work because of management like her and others.
Do you have any accomplishments within the organization you’re particularly proud of?
Training myself on 4 carriers, processing over 100 claims in day, and also those months of perfect QA (quality assurance) scores! 💪💪💪
What is your favorite media, series, or book?
EXPEDITION UNKNOWN! I love history and the search for it.
Do you have any pets?
Yes, a Border collie, Aussie, and Huskey mix named Dexter. 🐶
Do you have any hobbies or special interests?
My hobbies are mainly watching some history documentaries, watching my Cowboys 🏈, Yankees ⚾️, and Knicks 🏀.
Also, spending every minute I can with my wife, Adrienne, and daughter, Harper, and my dog. ❤️
What type of activities are you most likely to be up to on the weekends?
Resting in bed with eyes closed! 😆
What is your favorite vacation destination?
New Orleans.
What person would you most like to switch places with for a day?
Josh Gates, so I can travel the world and explore like him. 🤩
What’s the first thing you would do if you won the lottery?
Buy a bar! 🍻
What is your favorite 21st century innovation?

What’s something you loved doing as a kid? Do you still do it now?
Playing football and no I do not. 😆 😆
Do you have any unique or hidden talents?
Useless knowledge. I made the final cuts for both Jeopardy and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire! 🤯
Who is one of your personal heroes?
My Nana. She’s the strongest women I’ve ever met. ❤️
What is your motto for life?
As long as I have God in my life nothing is impossible. 🙌
