What is your current position with FastTrack?
I’m part of the Claims Administrative Services (CAS) team and have been here for almost a year (as of 2025)—my work anniversary is this February!
What is your typical workday like?
My workday involves supporting the claim management process by ensuring claims are properly organized and prepared for resolution. Since I work from home, I get to enjoy the company of my pets—my little pebble, Styx, and my sassy calico cat, Miley—who always find a way to keep things entertaining! 😝
Tell us about your career path with FastTrack. Have you held any other position(s) within the company?
I’ve been in the CAS role since joining FastTrack. I currently work with just one provider, focusing on supporting the claims management process for them.
How has working at FastTrack helped your personal and professional development?
FastTrack has allowed me to develop new skills and take on challenges that have helped me grow both personally and professionally. The support from the team has been crucial in this growth.
What is something you love about working for FastTrack?
I love the teamwork 🤝 and how everyone is willing to help each other, even when things get overwhelming. It feels like we’re all in it together, which makes even the busiest days manageable.
Do you have any accomplishments within the organization you’re particularly proud of?
I’m proud of how quickly I’ve adapted to my role and how much I’ve learned over the past year. It’s been rewarding to see the progress I’ve made and the contributions I’ve been able to make to the team. 🙌
What is your favorite media or series?
I’m currently reading The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel, which is very insightful. I recently binge-watched Evil on Netflix. It was a bit scary but filled with drama and intrigue. Wicked is my all-time favorite movie.
Do you have any pets?
Yes, I have a beautiful Pitbull named Styx 🐾—she’s my little old lady—and a sassy calico cat named Miley. 🐈
Do you have any hobbies or special interests?
I enjoy going to the gym. I recently started taking Pilates, which I’m absolutely loving. Last summer, I competed in the Hyrox event in NYC, which was a huge accomplishment for me!
I’m also currently learning SQL and French, which has been both challenging and rewarding. 🙌
I love traveling ✈️, trying new foods as a foodie🍴, and learning about different cultures. And when the music 🎶 starts, you’ll find me dancing!
What type of activities are you most likely to be up to on the weekends?
On weekends, you’ll find me hitting the gym, spending time with my pets, or exploring new places to eat and try different cuisines. I’m always up for an adventure!
What is your favorite vacation destination?
I love traveling and have many places on my list! I’d love to visit Italy in the future, especially for the food and culture. My favorite will always be back home Borinquen (Puerto Rico)! ❤️
What person would you most like to switch places with for a day?
I think it would be interesting to switch places with someone who works in a completely different field, like a travel photographer. It would be fascinating to see the world from that perspective. 📸
What’s the first thing you would do if you won the lottery?
I’d travel the world and experience different cultures, all while helping out my loved ones. Give back to Borinquen and give back to causes I care about.
What is your favorite 21st century innovation?
I love how technology has made learning new skills and staying connected so much easier. Innovations like smartphones, AI and online learning platforms have been game-changers for me.

What’s a surprising fact about yourself?

A surprising fact is that I did pageants from the age of 10 to 19, which was a huge part of my life and taught me a lot about confidence and presentation.
If there is a movie about your life made, who would you want the narrator to be?
I’d choose someone like Morgan Freeman—his voice is so calming and wise, and it would add a lot of gravitas to my story.
