I wanted to take a moment to provide an update regarding FastTrack’s business continuity execution considering the various ‘Stay at Home’ Orders by Federal, State and Local authorities. As you, we continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and are modifying the ways we conduct our business, as needed, to ensure we meet the needs of all of our customers, provide for the health and safety of all our employees, and comply with all Orders to ensure the safety of all those in our communities.
I am pleased to share that FastTrack has successfully executed on its business continuity plan. This now includes enabling 95%+ of our employees to work from their home as of Monday, March 23rd. Furthermore, we have not experienced any disruption to our service delivery capabilities whatsoever. This includes our systems availability and response time, our response time to customer inquiries, as well as our response time and quality measurements in handling all Outbound and Inbound mail for all our customers.
Additionally, effective this week, we have implemented a Work Incentive Bonus Program for all day-to-day critical Claims Administrative Services employees to ensure continued focus on and continued success in our ability to deliver on our commitments to all our customers. This bonus program will remain in effect if we remain in our current modified working environment.
We recognize all the extra time and effort that is required of you and all your employees to ensure the continued delivery of services to your policyholders. Rest assured, we are committed to doing our part to minimize the number of distractions you have and to proactively anticipate your needs.
As the situation continues to evolve, know we will continue to invest in our capabilities, equipment and our employees to make sure we are positioned to provide uninterrupted delivery of services to each of you.
