Since joining FastTrack in 2016, Adrian has played a critical role in strengthening our partnership with one of our largest clients and driving meaningful operational transformation. What began as leadership over two teams has grown into oversight of multiple teams and leaders, reflecting both his expanding impact and the trust placed in his leadership.
Leveraging his prior experience as an employee of the client organization, Adrian brought deep institutional knowledge and long-standing relationships to the engagement. This unique perspective enabled him to bridge strategy and execution seamlessly — developing new efficiency-driven workflows, resolving legacy operational challenges, and positioning the organization to scale for future growth.
Over the years, Adrian has helped lead initiatives that enhanced collaboration across frontline claims professionals, technical teams, and executive stakeholders. His ability to align people, process, and technology has contributed significantly to improved performance and long-term sustainability.

Adrian’s promotion reflects not only his accomplishments at FastTrack, but also a distinguished career in the insurance and claims industry. Beginning as a Disability Benefits Analyst in 1996, he has held roles including Team Manager and Account Consultant, managing teams across short- and long-term disability, catastrophic illness, dental, and life insurance product lines. This breadth of experience allows him to approach client engagements with a comprehensive understanding of claims operations from end to end.
