FastTrack Technology Helps Enhance Return to Work Programs and Improve Outcomes for Injured Workers
BEDMINSTER, NJ – Assurant Employee Benefits today announced it will implement FastTrack Return-to-Work Solutions to improve its claim triage and Return-to-Work programs. Available through GettingHired, LLC, FastTrack assists insurance companies in the short-term disability, long-term disability and workers compensation sectors.
FastTrack is designed with a robust set of Section 508 compliant features to provide motivational support and career services tools for the claimant. Additionally, FastTrack’s proprietary RightMatch™ technology is used to match a claimant’s experience, education and abilities to a large database of open jobs while a specialized tracking module provides caseworkers with the ability to manage, monitor and encourage/coach the claimant.
